Refund policy
We are a small brand and we produce in limited quantities. For hygiene and quality reasons, not all items are eligible for return.
Which items are eligible?
• Skirts and outerwear may be exchanged or returned in new condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.Which items are not eligible?
• Sleepwear (pyjamas, nightgowns), accessories worn close to the skin (eye masks, hair accessories, etc.) are not returnable for hygiene reasons, unless there is a proven defect.
• Custom-made or personalized items (special sizes, custom lengths, etc.) are final sale, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.Return process
• If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the item.
• If your return is accepted, we will explain the return procedure and address.
• Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping fees are your responsibility.Refunds or exchanges
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or refusal.
• If approved, we can offer:
– an exchange for another size or item (subject to availability), or
– a refund according to your original payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears worn, used, washed or damaged.Defective or wrong item
• If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will do our best to replace or refund it in accordance with applicable laws.
