Shipping policy

We currently ship within Morocco only. Every order is prepared with care in small batches.

1. Processing time

  • For items in stock, please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be prepared and handed over to the carrier.

  • For made-to-order or pre-order pieces, the estimated processing time will be indicated on the product page.

  • Processing times do not include weekends and public holidays.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

2. Delivery time

  • Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery usually takes around 2–5 working days depending on the city or region.

  • These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, bad weather, public holidays, etc.).

We will always do our best to assist you and follow up with the carrier in case of unusual delays.

3. Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping or special promotions. These offers will be clearly communicated on our website and/or social media and may be subject to conditions (for example, minimum order amount or limited period).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders in Morocco.

  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct when placing your order.

  • The carrier will contact you using the phone number you provide.

  • If the carrier is unable to reach you, or if the parcel is refused without reason, the order may be returned to us.

We reserve the right to limit or disable COD for customers with repeated refused or uncollected parcels.

5. Incorrect address / returned parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated absence during delivery, we can resend the order once the issue is clarified.

  • In this case, reshipping fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please double-check your name, address, city and phone number before confirming your order.

6. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the parcel before opening,

  2. Then check the condition of the products inside and take photos if anything is damaged,

  3. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the photos.

We will review the situation and do our best to find a solution in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy.
